8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayDay and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, inability to obtain a loan, or dealings with third-party lenders. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for using the service in the twelve months before the claim.
